With just a couple of mindful changes, we’ve transformed our classic guacamole recipe into a FODMAP friendly taste fiesta. Once mashed together with a dash of love, you've got a bowl of pure happiness ready to scoop onto our totopos (tortilla chips) for a worry-free FODMAP friendly snack.

Ingredients

  • 200g La Tortilleria totopos
  • 2 medium hass avocados
  • ¾ stem of spring onion (green part)
  • 1 medium jalapeño
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 50ml fresh lime juice
  • 1 ¼ medium size fresh tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. Dice the tomato, onion & chilli finely.
  2. Chop the coriander.
  3. Scoop out the avocado pulp & mash in a bowl.
  4. Combine all ingredients in the bowl, then add lime juice & salt to taste.
  5. Scoop up with La Tortilleria totopos!
