We’re proud to share that our Eatery has been handpicked to take part in Broadsheet’s Dine Out Festival 2025 — a week-long, city-wide celebration of Melbourne’s best chefs, restaurants, bars & bakeries, presented in partnership with Mastercard & Square.

To mark the occasion, we’ve created something truly special: the Tetela Rosa — our latest dish celebrating the flavours, colours & cooking traditions of Mexico.

Exclusively crafted for Dine Out, this vibrant triangular tetela is made from our house-made corn masa, filled with stringy Oaxacan cheese, served with grilled prawns & finished with a rich, traditional mole sauce (also made from scratch, the only way we know how). Every bite is a little love letter to Mexico — its regional flavours, its craft, its soul.
