Ingredients

  • La Tortillería blue corn totopos
  • 250–300 g scotch fillet, finely diced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp dried oregano
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1½ cups beans
  • Queso fresco
  • Pico de gallo
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños

Cooking Instructions

  1.  Heat a frypan over high heat with a little olive oil.
  2. Season the beef with all the spices & cook until browned with a bit of char.
  3. Spread the totopos on a serving plate. Spoon over warm beans, then add the beef on top.
  4. Finish with queso fresco, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeños.
  5. Enjoy while everything’s warm & crispy.
