We’re proud to share that our salsa range has been awarded Gold & Silver medals at the Melbourne Royal Australian Food Awards, recognising the quality, authenticity & craftsmanship behind our products.
For us, this recognition is especially meaningful because these products have been part of our story for many years. What started as recipes served in our Eatery has grown into a range enjoyed by home cooks, retailers & food lovers across Australia.
The Melbourne Royal awards are among Australia’s most respected food awards, making this achievement a proud moment for everyone involved in bringing our salsas to life.
Our salsa range is inspired by the family recipes, familiar flavours & cooking traditions that have been passed down through generations.
Rather than following trends or taking shortcuts, we’ve stayed focused on creating products that honour the rich culinary heritage of Mexico while making those flavours accessible to Australian kitchens.
As our CEO Jessica Roso explains:
“When we launched our salsa range, our goal wasn’t simply to create another sauce. We wanted to make salsa the way it should be made, using real ingredients, authentic Mexican chiles and no artificial shortcuts. We really wanted our chefs to be proud of what we bottled because it comes from their recipes, rooted in family tradition and Mexican heritage.To receive Gold and Silver from Melbourne Royal is wonderful for our team, we love these products and we’re thrilled the judges do too!”
