Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 jalapeño or long green, diced
- 1/4 bunch coriander
- 1 lime
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Dice the tomatoes, onion & chillies into small pieces.
2. Chop the coriander.
3. Combine everything in a bowl, then add lime juice & salt to taste.
