This December, we’re thrilled to bring you a special Sunday feast featuring our slow-cooked Lamb Barbacoa, a true labour of love simmered for 12 hours using our secret recipe. Served fresh on Sundays with our signature corn tortillas, it’s a taste of Mexico that’s close to our hearts.
In Mexico, Barbacoa is a celebration shared with loved ones, be it at the mercado or in the cosiness of home. At Chilpa, experience a laid-back, home-style vibe from 12–3pm every Sunday, while Kensington buzzes with market excitement from 9am–3pm.
