Ingredients
- La Tortillería blue corn totopos
- 250–300 g scotch fillet, finely diced
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- 1½ cups beans
- Queso fresco
- Pico de gallo
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Sliced jalapeños
Cooking Instructions
- Heat a frypan over high heat with a little olive oil.
- Season the beef with all the spices & cook until browned with a bit of char.
- Spread the totopos on a serving plate. Spoon over warm beans, then add the beef on top.
- Finish with queso fresco, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream & jalapeños.
- Enjoy while everything’s warm & crispy.
