Ceviche Puerto Vallarta

Ingredients
- 500 g white fish
- 250 ml lime juice
- 100 ml orange juice
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 carrots
- 3 long green chillies
- 1 red onion
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1 avocado
- Valentina salsa
- Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Wash all the veggies thoroughly.
- Cut the fish into small pieces.
- Place the fish in a bowl & marinate it with salt & pepper.
- Add the lime juice to the bowl & mix the fish so that it’s all coated with lime.
- Cover the bowl & place it in the fridge for 40 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, dice the cucumbers, chillies & onion, & slice the coriander.
- Grate the carrots finely.
- After the fish is marinated, drain the lime juice into a separate bowl.
- Add all the veggies to the fish & mix well.
- Add the orange juice & adjust the acidity with the reserved lime juice, if needed.
- Taste & adjust with more salt & pepper if required.
- Optional: When serving your Ceviche Puerto Vallarta, you can add sliced avocado & a splash of Valentina.¡Buen provecho!
