FODMAP Friendly Guacamole

With just a couple of mindful changes, we’ve transformed our classic guacamole recipe into a FODMAP friendly taste fiesta. Once mashed together with a dash of love, you've got a bowl of pure happiness ready to scoop onto our totopos (tortilla chips) for a worry-free FODMAP friendly snack.

Ingredients
- 200g La Tortilleria totopos
- 2 medium hass avocados
- ¾ stem of spring onion (green part)
- 1 medium jalapeño
- ¾ cup chopped fresh coriander
- 50ml fresh lime juice
- 1 ¼ medium size fresh tomatoes
Cooking Instructions
- Dice the tomato, onion & chilli finely.
- Chop the coriander.
- Scoop out the avocado pulp & mash in a bowl.
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl, then add lime juice & salt to taste.
- Scoop up with La Tortilleria totopos!
