It's the perfect recipe to put your own twist on and enjoy exactly how you want to.

40 minutes

  • 4 tomatos
  • 2 jalapeno julienne
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 100ml oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Chop the garlic finely & dice the onion, 2 tomatoes & jalapeños into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the onions & cook for 2 minutes, then add the garlic & jalapeños.
  3. Blend the two extra tomatoes with a little water.
  4. Once the onions are translucent, add the diced tomatoes. After 2 minutes, pour in the blended tomatoes.
  5. Season with salt & pepper, cover the pan to retain moisture & reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Stir the salsa, taste for seasoning & adjust salt if needed. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes on low heat.
  7. ¡Buen provecho!
